Community Building Remodel/Addition Project

Over the past 5+ years, administration, council and residents have been discussing the need for an updated Community/Administration/Police Facility. You may find many helpful documents here: some historical, and some very current!

The renovation/addition began in October of 2022; Village Offices moved back in to 2829 Minerva Lake Rd. in September of 2023. The renovated building was dedicated in October.

Awarded Contract Information

On August 25, Council approved Ordinance 24-2022 which awarded the contract for the renovation/addition of the Community Building to Weaver Commercial. Below are the documents pertaining to the bid.
