Over the past year, the Planning & Zoning Commission (with guidance from Village Attorney Jesse Shamp and Village Planner Eric Fischer) has worked very hard to update/revise the sections of Village Code that apply to Planning and Zoning and to Building and Housing. These 2 chapters were approved by Council on December 14, 2023, and will take effect 30 days after the approval. Binders containing the approved text are available for review in the Village Office. The new Ordinance (31-2023) will appear on the website before the end of the 30 day waiting period.
