In accordance with Ohio's Open Records and Open Meetings laws (a/k/a "Sunshine Laws"), the Village is charged with keeping "full and accurate minutes of its meetings." Listed below are the official minutes of the Council, as prepared and certified by the Clerk-Treasurer. The original documents and earlier archived minutes are available for public inspection at the Community Building.
Even though (1) the certified minutes are presented here and (2) the Mayor's Report in the Villager monthly newsletter summarizes meetings, residents are invited and encouraged to attend Council meetings, so as to get a full understanding of the proceedings. Regular meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00p. Special meetings are posted in advance.
