Presented here in numerical order are resolutions and ordinances of
the Council of the Village of Minerva Park. Generally, legislation
goes through three readings in three consecutive months. On occasion,
legislation is passed on an "emergency basis," meaning that
it takes effect immediately upon passage instead of 30 days after passage.
These documents are in various stages of consideration ... some are in the process of three readings, and some have been passed. All are presented here for resident edification. The final, official versions of these documents are duly signed and are on file at the Community Building.
Council meetings, generally held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00p (unless otherwise posted by law), are open to the public. Residents are invited to attend and offer their feedback.
